Job Description/skills Required: 
  • Only Male Candidates Preferred Pharmaceutical Experience is mandatory Experience : In the last role played as a successful ASM / RSM/ Training Manager / Regional Training Manager for 2- 3 years in National Indian Pharma Companies. Mobility : Willing to travel for a minimum of 10-15 days in and outside HQs for the purpose of On The Job Training and Coaching\’\’. a. Proficiency in English : Is well articulate and fluent in English. b. Domain Expertise : Knowledgeable and proficient in Therapy / Brands handled in current assignment. If a Trainer already, good in facilitation skill , knowledgeable in steps of Training and on the job coaching skill. Understands trends and competition related to promotional strategies and Products. Knows how to handle objections and cutomer resistance. c. Process Orientation : Plans and executes work keeping in mind performance objectives. d. Drive For Results : Displays high energy, initiative, commitment to results in his current role and takes accountability for action. e. Stakeholder Focus : Identifies and responds to current stakeholder needs.
