Executive -  HR

Desired Experience / Background:

2-6 years of experience as an HR BP / Human Resources functional generalist profile

Adroit in MS Excel and MS Office tools and SAP

Strong problem-solving skills; ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment, coordination between various stakeholders

Qualification, Location, Compensation & Other Information:

Qualification : Mba (HR) / MHRM (60% above marks)
Office Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
Compensation: As per Market Standards
Notice Period: 60 Days

Drive the performance process for the team, in partnership with the business
to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results and competitive advantage

Collaborate with business to understand the requirements, workforce planning, succession planning and skill set assessment

Review and analyze business unit data to identify the trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experiences

Work with line managers and associates to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing the interests of all the stakeholders

Assess the business process and identifying the human resources training needs and organize the training sessions as appropriate

Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures

Partner with line managers to retain develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential and boost the morale

Work with business groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives for optimum utilisation

Delivery on Talent Management design encompassing HR processes budgeting, goal setting, performance assessment, performance conversations, potential assessment, compensation planning, succession planning etc..

Process & Digitization support Recruitment, LMS, HR Helpdesk, Compensation inputs and employee profile / portals (workflows)

Driving the corporate initiatives and delivery of behavioral competencies and functional skills

Understanding business requirements and proposing outcomes and identify / guide IDP's / Succession planning

Work on workforce Productivity and role enhancement

Design and develop various employee engagement and capability enhancement tools and techniques
